Shipping policy

1. Delivery Timeline
Orders are delivered within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

2. Package Handling
For security and product integrity, orders should not be opened in front of the courier.

3. Failed Delivery
If the customer does not receive the order, the shipping fee will be deducted from the deposit or from the paid card amount, depending on the payment method used at checkout and the courier’s policy.

4. Reporting Damages
Any damage to the package, including external package damage, fragrance leakage, or bottle breakage, and any other product-related damage must be reported within one (1) hour of delivery through our official support channels.
Failure to report within one hour of the delivery time will be considered as the shipment being received in good condition.
Any damage reported after this period will not be the responsibility of the store or the courier.
