1. Refund Policy
Refunds are accepted within 14 days, provided that the order is returned in its original condition, unused, and free from any damage to the product or its packaging. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the deposit or from any amount paid by card.

2. 30-Day Performance Guarantee
The store offers a 30-day guarantee from the date of purchase in case the fragrance performance is unsatisfactory, provided that the product is returned in its original condition and with the packaging fully intact.
In this case, the return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.
If it is determined that the fragrance has been used beyond normal testing limits, or if any damage to the product or its packaging is found, the refund will not be approved.
In such cases, the product will be shipped back to the customer, and additional shipping fees will apply; it will be considered non-returnable.
